The Programme For Creator Day ’26

Creator Day is the big occasion we all come together, but the added energy happens in a variety of places this year.


In the lead-up, we’ve lined up a series of events designed to bring you into the fold, meet new faces, spark fresh ideas, and feel right at home in the YATM community. It’s all part of the bigger experience, and you’re invited to be a part of it.

Here is what’s in store for Creator Week…

Mon 11th May | 4pm to 6pm
Still Here, Still Winning Hall Of Fame

  • A live event at Bournemouth University
  • Journeys shared from different people on similar business paths that are relatable
  • The start, the middle, the end, gives us context
  • We’re here to champion each other, celebrate the journey, and know we’re still here fighting our corners
  • This event is hosted by Gordon Fong

This event is free to all. Refreshments and food will be provided, book here.

Tues 12th May | TBN Networking

  • Join in with one of the Creator Day partners
  • Breakfast at..
  • Make new connection, make new friends
  • Networking format with table swaps and conversation

Wed 13th May | Cowork Crew at FOUNDRY

  • Grab a seat and cowork with others at the lovely FOUNDRY
  • Time to chat and time to work
  • The wonderful Sophie Cross of Freelancer Magazine speaking at 3pm
  • Afternoon cake
  • Everybody welcome, but limited seating, grab your spot!

Wed 13th May | From 6.30pm

Failed Nights

  • The official welcome to Creator Day
  • Stories of when business and life doesn’t go according to plan (three presenters). Hosted by Matt Denyer
  • Your chance to feel comfortable and to say hello to other people before the day in the theatre
  • Intention is to feel settled as we welcome people from around the country who come to Poole
  • Drinks and snacks provided

This event is exclusively for Creator Day attendees.

Thurs 15th May | From 9.30am, Lighthouse Poole
Creator Day ’25 supported by FOUNDRY

  • Our annual event
  • Presenters during the morning, getting to know others better in the afternoon
  • Lunch and refreshments included
  • A day in the theatre
  • A gathering of creative, like minded people to share ideas, create and connect in a way that sticks

Thurs 15th May | From 6pm Creator Day/Freelancer Magazine After Party brought to you by Da Vinci’s

  • After Creator Day a short trip to Poole Quay
  • It’s the Freelancer Magazine 5th Birthday Party
  • Our friends and partners at Da Vinci’s host the after party
  • Your tea is served
  • DJ then karaoke in place
  • A way to kick back and end the day on the harbour

Fri 16th May | 7.15am at the Sandbanks beachut

The Friday SeaDip

  • The weekly routine we’ve been doing since July ’21
  • Every single Friday we meet up at the beach hut (location provided)
  • Beach hut to get changed in
  • Start the day in the sea
  • We prove it’s all better together, than on your own

This event is available to everyone.
