Work Together
The best ideas don’t always come from the stage.
Everyone in the room has something to contribute, and we want to make space for that too.
Work Together is where we turn towards each other, reflect on what we’ve heard and share what has stayed with us.
Perhaps something has challenged the way you think. Maybe you’ve heard an idea you hadn’t considered before, or someone’s experience has helped you see your own work differently.
It’s a chance to be open, share your thoughts and discover what happens when other people bring their perspectives into the conversation.
You don’t need to have the answers. Your perspective is enough.
We’ll make time for people to come together, talk about what they’ve taken from the day and listen to what others have noticed.
It’s not about producing a piece of content or having something finished by the end of the day.
It’s about being part of the conversation, learning from one another and recognising that we all have something valuable to share.

The aim is for you to:
- Share something you’ve learned or hadn’t thought about before
- Hear different perspectives from people outside your usual circle
- Feel comfortable contributing your thoughts and experiences
- Find new ways of looking at your work and what might be possible
- Make friends with people who can support and encourage you beyond Creator Day
The people around you are part of the experience.
We don’t just learn from the people on stage. We learn from each other.
