From 1st April’26, six weeks before Creator Day, we’re no longer able to offer full refunds, as we’ve already committed to covering food, refreshments, and event costs for each attendee. If you can no longer make it, we’ll pass your ticket on to someone who’s had a tough year. It’s a way to turn your change of plans into something meaningful for someone else.
